“The Next Step In My Healing Journey”

Are you ready to take the next step in your healing journey?

If so, then what better way than through my Usui Reiki Level 1 course. Over two informative, practical and fun-filled days, you will learn about the different ways in which you can embrace and foster self-healing techniques and aid in the healing of family, friends and fur babies – through the ancient healing art form that Usui Reiki Level 1 offers.

The practice of healing is that of becoming whole on all levels of being – including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Reiki can help alleviate suffering, whether it be of a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual nature. Reiki is a means to empowering us to become whole in all ways.

Through Reiki Level 1, our frequency and vibrational levels are raised. This helps to connect us more to our higher-self so we can be more in tune with our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves. Therefore, beginning the next steps to our healing journey.

Over the course of the two days, you will learn about:

  • What is Reiki?
  • History of Reiki
  • About energy healing – How Reiki works
  • The 5 Reiki principles – how to apply them on a daily basis
  • Using Reiki
  • Reiki hands
  • Hand positions
  • Self-treatments
  • Preparing to treat others with Reiki

  • Basic techniques for animals, plants and vegetation
  • Reiki attunement
  • What happens during the initiation?

  • Initiation process – 4 Level One Reiki Attunement

USUI REIKI – LEVEL 2 PRACTITIONER 

‘The Healer Within’

In the Second Degree Reiki, the attunement is more subtle and has a higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies. It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so that you can progress and move on in life. It can also facilitate the acceleration of your spiritual growth.
 
Reiki level 2 is known as the practitioner level meaning that you are equipped and qualified to apply the Reiki energy and techniques to people as clients if you so choose. You learn how to send Reiki to a person at a distance and you will be given symbols to empower it.
 
Over the course of the two days, you will learn about:
 
  • Introduction to 2nd Degree Usui Reiki
  • Understanding how the Second Degree works
  • The sacred Reiki symbols
  • Distant/absent Reiki healing
  • Preparing to send distant Reiki healing
  • Reiki Crystal grids
  • Becoming a Reiki Therapist
  • Reiki treatments to clients
  • Codes of Conduct and Ethics (responsibilities and liabilities)
  • Usui System of Reiki Lineage
  • Reiki Level 2 Attunement
  • Establishing your own Reiki business
  • The benefits of membership to Reiki organisations
  • Psychic development as a Reiki practitioner (use of oracle cards, crystals, meditation, etc.)

USUI REIKI – LEVEL 3 MASTER PRACTITIONER AND TEACHER

“Raising My Vibration”

I have always said that I wasn’t the one that found Reiki, but instead Reiki found me! I strongly believe that if you found your way to Reiki, then see this not as a coincidence, but instead as a calling. With so many people today in need of healing due to the pressures of what life presents us with (as spiritual beings living a human experience), Reiki is the perfect healing modality to help us feel connected with our higher self, which in turn gives us a sense of peace and calm. If you have had a strong urge to further develop as a Reiki practitioner or to simply amplify your vibration at the core of your soul – to continue with your own healing process and that of family, friends and pets, then the Reiki Master (Third Degree Level) is the perfect next step.

The wonderful thing about becoming a Reiki Master is that you don’t have to feel compelled to practice it professionally or least of all teach it! The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities. In turn, amplifying your vibration and energy. As a Reiki Master you can continue to heal yourself and give yourself and others healing attunements. In addition, you can continue to treat others in person and at a distance. The benefits at a Master level is, that it will all be noticeably improved.

The fact that you can pass Reiki on to friends and family is also a definite plus. Many take the Master level with just this in mind. However, if you ever decide to formally teach, you will be able to do so. As each person takes the Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher level, and increases their personal vibration, this adds to the vibration of the whole planet!

  • Preparing for the Reiki Attunement Ceremony
  • How we Perform the Reiki Attunements (1,2 and 3)
  • Attunements – practice and demonstrations
  • Absent or Distant Reiki Attunements
  • More Advanced Reiki Techniques
  • Teaching Reiki (unit overviews, lesson planning, strategies/activities etc.)
