A very warm thank you to Olga for my last few Reiki sessions. This was a new concept for me to engage in, but with the overwhelming stress of work, end of year and covid, I was really looking for something to reenergise me and ground me. I found my Reiki session with Olga very relaxing. As a nurse I really feel Reiki is helping me be more balanced in my thinking and how I'm reacting to situations I might normally find frustrating. I also believe I'm giving my knee a better recovery platform since having recent knee surgery.
